The Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment provides a thorough analysis of your current dietary habits. We will identify whether your habits increase the risk of disease or contribute to secondary conditions that you may be experiencing.

You do not have to take all the tests, for usSports Specialists assess and suggest the medical tests that are needed. Our plan is designed to meet the specific needs of an individual.

We work together with health seekers to attain realistic goals for weight loss and weight gain. We improve your diet and hydration status to maximise your performance.
